SokanRed.art is dedicated to the artistic work of SokanRed. It presents paintings, drawings, sketches, visual research, texts, articles and other material relating to his artistic practice.

Individual artworks may be identified as available, held in a private collection or unavailable.

3. Access to and use of the website

Access to the website is normally free of charge, excluding any costs associated with the visitor's Internet connection and equipment.

Users agree to use the website lawfully and not to undertake any action likely to compromise its operation, security or integrity.

Any reproduction, public display, publication, distribution, modification, adaptation, or commercial exploitation of the artworks or their reproductions, in any medium, requires prior authorization from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

The purchase of an original artwork does not, in itself, transfer the reproduction or public display rights associated with that artwork. Any transfer of such rights must be subject to a separate agreement specifying its scope and conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, the artworks, drawings, photographs of artworks, texts, graphic elements, visual identity and other original content presented on SokanRed.art are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Viewing such material on the website does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the user.

5. Presentation of artworks

SokanRed endeavours to represent artworks as faithfully as possible. However, colours may appear differently depending on the screen, browser, settings and equipment used.

Digital reproductions displayed on the website therefore cannot perfectly reproduce the appearance, dimensions, materials, textures and colours of an original artwork.

6. Availability of artworks

The status displayed for each artwork indicates its availability at the time the information was last updated.

An artwork displayed as available may cease to be available before the website is updated. Final availability must therefore be confirmed before any sale.

7. Ordering an artwork

Where an artwork is offered for sale, the means of expressing an interest or submitting a purchase request are specified on the website or communicated directly to the prospective buyer.

A request for information or reservation does not necessarily constitute a completed sale.

8. Prices

Any prices displayed on the website are those applicable at the time of publication, subject to any obvious error or subsequent change not yet reflected on the website.

Any additional costs, including packaging, transport, insurance or delivery charges, must be specified before the sale is completed where applicable.

9. Payment

An artwork is considered definitively acquired only once the sale has been confirmed and in accordance with the agreed payment conditions.

Where a sale requires shipment, the applicable delivery arrangements, costs and conditions are communicated to the buyer before the sale is completed.

Specific arrangements may apply depending on the destination, dimensions of the artwork, packaging requirements or insurance.

11. Right of withdrawal

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to a distance sale, the applicable procedure and time limit are communicated to the buyer in accordance with applicable law.

Certain circumstances may fall within statutory exceptions. Where relevant, the applicable conditions must be specified before the sale is completed.

12. Liability

SokanRed endeavours to ensure that information published on the website is accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee the complete absence of errors, omissions or temporary interruptions.

Links to external websites, where provided, are offered for information purposes. SokanRed does not control their content or availability.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be amended to reflect changes to the website, its services, sales arrangements or applicable legal requirements.

The version published on the website is the version applicable when it is consulted, subject to any mandatory provisions applicable to a sale already concluded.
